Q. How long will I need to leave my car with you?

A. If you drop your car off in the morning it will be available for collection the following afternoon. (Vehicle dropped off after midday are not guaranteed to be available for collection the following afternoon).

Q. Can I leave my personal belongings in the car?

A. We would ask that all valuables are removed from your vehicle prior to drop off, as we do not take responsibility for customer’s personal belongings.

Q. What times and days can I drop my car off?

A. Vehicles can be dropped off and collected; Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am - 3pm

Q. Will my car be secure whilst with you?

A. Yes, we have a fully secured building and compound with alarm security and CCTV.

Q. What do I need to bring when I drop off the car?

A. We only require your car key and any wheel locking nuts (if applicable). 

Q. What if my wheel has scuffs or minor damage?

A. We repair minor damage free of charge, however if welding or straightening be required, we would discuss this with you and arrange for this to be done (at a small additional charge).

Q. Do you balance wheels and make road worthy?

A. Yes we refit the tyres, balance and provide new valves or refit original sensor valves.

Q. Where do you place the wheel weights?

A. The wheel weights are placed on the inside of the wheel rim so as not affect the appearance of the wheel.

Q. Is there a warranty for the work done?

A. Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all powder coating work (not including the diamond cut finish).

Q. Do I have to have standard silver, black or grey?

A. No, we have a full spectrum of colours and finishes to choose from.
